In 2014, she led the evaluation of the firm’s health benefit plan, resulting in the transition to a fully self-insured medical and dental plan. Ultimately, Kathy’s responsibilities for payroll, benefits and HR supported 1,200 employees and included oversight for corporate HR administration overseas, with the largest offices being in London and Brazil.
